The Penguin Pyla Company is committed to respect the privacy rights of its users. The Penguin Pyla Company does not automatically collect or store any user information themselves. All information that is automatically collected is done by or for third party services. Some information is required to provide the services to you, for example the screen size of your mobile device. Other information is required to optimize the user experience, such as personalized ads. It is possible to opt out of the non-essential data collection and have any previous collected data removed. The scope of this Privacy Policy is limited to only information collected by the Penguin Pyla Company through your use of the games, applications, or web site ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. It is highly recommended to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for changes. Why is your personal information collected?

The main objective for collecting user information is to provide or optimize the services. Generally speaking, the aim is to collect as little information as possible. More specifically, all personal information that is currently automatically collected, is collected by third party services. For example, to host advertisements on your mobile devise Unity collects your IP address. This information is not stored or specifically accessible by the Penguin Pyla Company. The Penguin Pyla Company does not want to receive any not automatically retrieved personal data, for example when users email the Penguin Pyla Company. However, in case personal information is retrieved via this manner, the Penguin Pyla Company will dispose of it as soon as possible.

What information is collected?

When you install any Penguin Pyla Company games or applications, any information may be collected and recorded that you provided through the use of any of several application stores (such as the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store), in accordance with the policies and terms of these third-party services.

By using the services some or all of the following information about your device may be collected: unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV for iOS devices and Android ID for Android devices); IP address; country of install (mapped from IP address); device manufacturer and model platform type (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, etc.) and the operating system and version running on your system or device; language; CPU information such as model, the number of CPUs present, frequency, and instruction set support flags; the graphics card type and vendor name; graphics card driver name and version (e.g., “nv4disp.dll 6.10.93.71”); which graphics API is in use (e.g., “OpenGL 2.1” or “Direct3D 9.0c”); amount of system and video RAM present; current screen resolution; version of the Unity Editor used to create the game; sensor flags (e.g., device support for gyroscope, touch pressure or accelerometer); application or bundle identification (“app ID”) of the game installed; unique advertising identifiers provided for iOS and Android devices (e.g., IDFA or Android Ad ID); and a checksum of all the data that gets sent to verify that it transmitted correctly

The Penguin Pyla Company also collects analytical data. This sometimes involves individual information such as IP address and device identifiers, and information regarding the delivery of ads and your interaction with them, all of which may be shared with ad publishers and attribution companies. For clarity, the following data is collected: whether you click or tap an ad for a new game, whether you watch the ad or play a game frequently, whether others playing a game like the one you’re playing have downloaded a particular new game, and whether you download and install the new game you see advertised. Where a developer has enabled certain features, Unity Ads may also collect your session information and monetization events. All of this is for purposes of predicting the types of new games that you might like to download. Unity may track additional data about you in the future for purposes of making these types of predictions, and we will notify you prior to new data collection. It is possible to opt out of the non-essential data collection and have any previous collected data removed. Some of the analytical data is aggregated information. For example, data might be collected to monitor the percentage of players that passed a certain level. This to improve the services and experience of all users

What is the purpose of the information collected?

The Penguin Pyla Company is committed to respect the privacy rights of its users. In all cases of data access and collection, the information you provide will not be disclosed, rented, leased, loaned, sold, or otherwise voluntarily distributed to unaffiliated third parties. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with and improving the Service.

Is the information protected?

The Penguin Pyla Company does not manage any automatically collected information themselves. The information collected and stored by third party services falls under their responsibility. Not automatically collected data, such as data provided via email, is not considered required or secure, so please do not send personal information through these mediums. Furthermore, the Penguin Pyla Company cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry (by for example “hackers”) may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Note that Penguin Pyla Company is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that Penguin Pyla Company may receive.

What is the policy regarding children?

The Service are intended for a general audience. Our services collect as minimal personal information as possible. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. However, if any party becomes aware that a child under the age of 13, or under the age of 16 for those parties in the European Economic Area, has directly provided us with personal information in contravention of our policies, they should contact us. The Penguin Pyla Company will delete such information from its files as quickly as possible.
